Component list is the same as WC Medium with the following exceptions:

Directions
For 1L Total
1.To approximately 900mL of dd-H2O,add the following components in the order listed (not including the vitamins) while stirring continuously.
2.Adjust the pHto 7.8
3.Transfer the contents of the beaker to a 1-Liter graduated cylinder and bring the total volume to 1.0 Liter with dd-H2O.
4.Add the sterile vitamin components and mix well.
5.Do not autoclave medium! Filter sterilize only.6.Store at refrigerator temperature.
